First of all never ever let the Cruise book your airline tickets it took us 30 hours to get home. Cruise embarkation was fine .Rooms were clean and very nice room attendant did a great job cleaning but she was so busy she really didn’t get much personal care and I don’t blame her I blame the Cruise for being understaffed. The food was mediocre. Varieties in the buffet minimal. Especially restaurants Are good. The only problem with the specialty restaurants is the wait staff was overworked had too many tables and took the orders drop the food and ran to the next table , no personal care. The activity around the ship was not good. The cruise Director was young and energetic, but seems very unprepared to do her job seems sloppy and unorganized. The onboard activity was a lot of game shows which for fun to watch but wasn’t very well managed. The Evening entertainment was just ok. We did the three day Dinali excursion, didn’t see Dinali because the entire 10 days it rained and was cloudy. After talking to the Denali the staff said they one out of every four or five days you can see Dinali. Also they were telling us for the last few years there’s not very many animals. On the way to Denali they were bragging about all the animals but the way on the way back they said it’s not surprising we didn’t See any because of last year’s snowfall. I wouldn’t recommend take going to Denali. The white pass rain excursion what’s the most beautiful visual excursion I’ve ever taken. I’m glad I went on a cruise but I felt sorry for the staff they all walked around like zombies not much personalities didn’t seem to be enjoying anything and it showed.
