We had a wonderful time going to Norway. In the beginning we were a bit disappointed because Spitzbergen had been cancelled - this was a bucket list item for a lot of people on this cruise. The scenery and the two added ports made up for some of it.

Would recommend going to Norway to anyone that asks, it's a beautiful place.

The ship itself was a little odd - we sailed on her before she was butchered - adding additional rooms was not a good idea (in my opinion). The promenade did not go around the entire deck 7, very annoying. The ship use to have a patisserie on deck 5 instead of the International Cafe - this also disappeared and instead we got the Good Spirit Bar - which was open early and you could get a good coffee but no pastries. Don't get me wrong we really like the Spirit Bar but we really missed the International Cafe.

Cabin Review

Balcony cabin was fine - on a 16 day cruise having a balcony comes in handy. The shower is build for short people - I had no problem but hubby who is 6'1 said it was not a very comfortable shower and the shower curtain is a pain
