Clean, well decorated. Good sitting area and sizable comfortable bed.

•	The staff were always helpful, pleasant and efficient  

•	Information, lectures, maps and charts were, on the whole, very good

•	The food was excellent, always beautifully prepared with a varied and interesting menu

•	The service in the restaurant was excellent, the service to table was excellent

•	Coffee and tea were always available in the Explorers Lounge 

What could be better:-

•	Whilst it is understood that on expedition cruises the vagaries of weather and natural obstacles will often interfere 

  with the best intentions, on this voyage there were too many missed opportunities.’ Or a ‘captain’ who would not get closer to a beach to photograph bears because other Zodiacs ‘were too close’

•	The frequency of wildlife sightings (bears, eagles and whales in particular) were very limited – not enough effort was made to maximise opportunities or be transparent about the variable number of sightings.
