We have just finished our Mediterranean cruise and had time to reflect on it. It was a multiple embarkation trip with passengers coming and going on a daily basis and at this time of the year there were many families with young children. Overall, having been on many MSC cruises including two in 2021 we were very disappointed with this cruise. I am sure that the Covid pandemic and the need to take on board new staff proved to be challenging for all the Cruise lines but on this trip there appeared to be a lack of management control of the new staff(and there were many inexperienced on board)

One glaring positive was the cabin service, our cabin was always kept tidy and clean and our steward always had a smile and was very helpful to us if we needed anything.

The other positive was that as embarkation was done daily our embarkation in Malaga was quick and well controlled and we embarked within ten minutes.
