We chose Caribbean Princess to enjoy the western Caribbean; we chose or cruise in April and so glad! The ship was ready to take us away and forget about the last couple years of staycations, for a week- the staff was attentive and took care of anything we requested. Our dinners were delicious, the food offered at the specialty restaurants-superb, Horizon Court-good choices available at all mealtimes, International Court was our 'go to' for a delicious brew of java or a delectable treat! We loved the onboard entertainment (Yea Kristoff!) and especially appreciated the PCL excursions we booked to visit Grand Cayman (Stringray Sandbar was so fun- thanks Kevin), Roatan- (do the BOSS Underwater Scooter-great experience and crew took great care of the passengers), Xunantunich Mayan ruins were amazing- (thank you for giving us the full experience!), Cozumel cenote and sea turtle snorkeling experience was fun and educational- (thanks Jess!) We enjoyed spa treatments and massages (thank you Julie Ann) and great drinks from the bar staff on the Caribbean!
