Absolutely the worst experience of my life. My wife, daughter and I check in at the desk ready for our cruise only to find out they do not accept Real ID like it says on their website. No one from their organization told me. Make sure you bring a Birth Certificate or Passport. That's all you can bring. My wife and daughter went on the cruise. First, it was overcrowded. There were 4300 passengers on a cruise that should have only 3700. They could never get an elevator their rooms because it was so crowded. The only time you can eat is when the dining room is open and it's only open for 2 hours. Lines were so long we spent almost two hours just waiting in line to get food. And the food is awful. Their pizza is the worst pizza my wife said she ever tasted. Then once they returned they were given the wrong luggage by the porter and now they are saying we have to pay the shipping to send it to the rightful owner. Trying to get anyone in customer service to help you is futile. All they do is direct you to their customer service website which takes 4 weeks to get a reply, if you get one. Do not travel on this cruise line. You will regret it.
