Chose this cruise for its itinerary and price. Guest service kept annoying and harassing me about the wheelchair from day one. I kept explain it was a collapsible wheelchair and that I could still walk to the water shuttles but they kept sending emails and harassing me even after I emailed their president Ms Christine Duffy and after I was already on the ship. Carnival needs to learn how to treat people with disabilities and accept what their guests tell them about what they can or can’t do.

Disembarkation was a nightmare. We woke up at 4:30 am since we had to be out of the room by 6:15am. We paid for the transfers and made the flights arrangements thru Carnival. Was supposed to fly nonstop from London to Charlotte NC at 12:15 pm on 7-22-22. Well to make a long story short, Carnival had us stand in line from 6:30 am to 8:40 am outside the pier in chilly weather before we could get on the bus that was supposed to take us from Dover to London, even though I kept telling them I had an early flight. They gave priority to taxis and didn’t care about guests that had paid for the transfers. We missed our non stop flight and ended in Chicago and didn’t get home til 7-23- 22 at 3 am. The shore excursions are very disorganized, never left on time we were scheduled to leave. The only positive thing I have to say about this cruise is that Jenny our cabin steward kept our room clean and other employees also kept the ship very clean. That’s the only reason I gave 2 stars. Carnival deserves 0 stars. No I don’t recommend Carnival.
