Nice trip but I---- Will NOT go out of NY in Feb due to the Unruly teenagers The Ship (Gem) got into NY late, so embarkation was delayed. Perhaps a text would have help .I wouldn’t have gone to the pear to stand in line for 2+hr! Cleanliness was great but ship’s layout and design was hard for me to navigate, had to go down floors to get to the elevators to go to the thermal suite. In the front of the ship! Got mix up many times, contemplating blaming my drink package 11626 closes to elevator & Stairs. No noise from above. Didn’t like the bathtub, hard to get in & out, Preferred a shower. Balcony extremely nice. Enjoyed: the comedian Frink Townson (sp), Bourbon tasting, Room Steward Budi was great! Cigar Lounge Needed to be picked up more often Enjoyed: the thermal suite, nice place to get away from the kids Dislikes: Unruly teenagers talking over the pool/hot tubs. running up and down the halls banging on doors!
