Large and spacious, would be better if the housekeeping was up to scratch

The positives

- Food and wait staff very good, they really made the cruise

- Itinerary was good, longer in some ports would be better and could be managed better than what they did

- Embarkation was a breeze as was de-embarkation, very seamless process

- Good size suite, very spacious

- entertainment was good

The negatives

- Cruise director was out of her depth, little direction and very poor communication 

- Housekeeping was below standard, garbage not emptied, room not vacuumed etc etc

- COVID Restrictions are a joke

- Senior Managers re arrogant, making excuses for things that were wrong and inconsistent

- Communication overall was very poor

- Tender at SanTorini was pathetic having spent an hour to get from the port to the ship with ZERO, Repeat ZERO communication and when we finally made the ship, nothing ZERO communication, pathetic really as there was very distraught people on board the tender

Overall chose the cruise due to the variety of ports and mix of places visited which was good, it is just the management on board of minor details that other cruise lines get right leave a lot to be desired.
