First Regent cruise. We were disappointed, compared to our experiences on Oceania and Seabourn, and even Holland America. Here are some of the issues:

All the restaurants are understaffed. People worked hard, but are stretched too thin, so service was often slow and spotty. We tried room service from Compass Rose once. A two hour wait from order to delivery.

Very few of the crew (throughout the ship) adequately speak or understand English. Making a substitution to a food order was very difficult, sometimes with comical results.
