We sailed on Norwegian Epic July3-July10 2022 the ports of call were absolutely amazing and the shore excursions were top notch! The casino staff and the staff in the bar outside Cagney's are great! That is where my praise ends, the ship is gross. We had a mini-suite and our stateroom was dirty when we arrived; unidentified substance on wall in shower. We found a shirt on floor next to bed. Day 2 woke up to flood on floor from toilet (not blocked just leaking) wicked gross! Woman at door of buffet tells us to "washy washy" however tables in buffet always dirty! Unacceptable especially in this day and age. H20 adult only pool closed for maintenance so only have the one supposedly got $50 credit but that only applied to one of us in stateroom and honestly the pool for the vacation worth more to us as adults than $50. Had an inedible steak at Cagney's but we got that meal for free and we could just go to another restaurant we just chalked that up to one more thing. Howl at the moon is great and again amazing itinerary but boat left much to be desired. We sailed with Royal Caribbean in November and it was a MUCH better experience!
