We are diamond plus cruisers with RCCL. However, this cruise was a wake-up call after the Covid shut down RCCL have cut everything to the bone. The first night 2 untrained waiters served cold main course steak with fries, had a replacement Steak and fries but could not cut the Steak with the provided steak knife so this once again got returned, This happened 5 times on various occasions to me personally. When I contacted other diamond members several suffered the same fate when ordering Steak. When I complained the head man invited me to dine once again in the dining room. This time the Steak was perfect also got a bottle of wine complemented. (so they must have better meat for the specialty dining restaurants, of course, you have to pay EXTRA for this experience. ) Which they are forcing passengers to think about. WHAT AN UNDERHANDED WAY TO GET EXTRA MONEY. When the cruise included all meals. The next night I got invited back but I picked the cottage pie that tasted like Bolonaise with Powerdered potatoes on. Reported this to the head guy and told him the chef was not up to the usual standard. Guess they have cut back on staff credentials. The buffet Windjammer choice was much like you would expect from a 2 Star hotel, below Butlins meals. Not what we were used to with this company and not what you expect on a 5-star cruise costing THOUSANDS OF POUNDS. The entertainment was repeated twice so once again not expected. Internet was expensive and not free as these days you would expect it to be, Travelled on National Express bus internet free. LAST TIME WITH RCCL IF THIS IS THE NEW STANDARD. Hoping to get a reply from RCCL Regarding my evaluation of this horrible cruise.

PLEASE READ AND THEN DECIDE YOUR OWN FATE WITH THIS COMPANY.
