Went with small group and family to celebrate grand daughter graduation and 30th wedding anniversary. See the room review below. Embarkation and debarkation was fast and efficient. The staff were very friendly but felt they were over worked. Now for my complaints.. Food, (Steak House) terrible, steak was not prepared as requested , sent back and 2nd time steak was very tough. The sides were cold, overall rating 1of 5. (Rudi Sea Grill) Red Snapper was cold and undercooked, replaced with Lobster but aging cold, sides were fine. overall rating 1 of 5. (Italian) best of the specialty dining experiences, food was hot and correct when served. overall rating 4 of 5. Palm (main dining) this was such a disappointment. We ate there 3 nights and once for breakfast. Breakfast was fine, however dinner was a disaster. Food had no taste any of the entries, cold. The 6 of us who ate there all had same complaints.. Frances our waiter kept apologizing. Give him a 5 of 5 rating but the food 0 of 5. The best food was Shaq's chicken and Guys burgers was the best food on the ship that we ate. Pig's Anchor was also very good especially the Prime Rib. We also ate Pizza and Panni's they were also good.
Entertainment, lets just say it was less than desirable.. Overall rating 3 of 5. Would have expected broadway shows or the like for a ship that size.
Service was excellent but you could tell they were over worked.. I was pleased with the service and friendliness..
Cabin Review
Cabin was well decorated but very narrow in square footage. I am handicapped and had to fold wheelchair to get into room. Scooters would not fit. Bathroom shower was great but it was more than half of the space for the bathroom making only one person at a time in the bathroom. Other than the shower very cramped. Plenty of closet space a cold refrigerator was a plus. Room very comfortable just very narrow. Bed was very easy to sleep on..

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata)
Excellent port with plenty to do. Food choices were excellent and the shopping was great. So much to do we didn't have time to do excursions..
San Juan
Excellent port with a lot to see and do. Busy place with traffic however easy to get around on your own..
Grand Turk
A waste of a stop. Took excursion on Catamaran to snorkle and they served drinks once on board and many were drunk and sick on the way back, really a liability issue in my opinion.. Sops were same as other ports and beach was ok..would not go back..
