We chose this cruise because we liked the itinerary and we wanted to play pool in the evenings. We were shocked when we went to play pool and the raised the price from $2 a rack to a whopping $3.50 a rack. We decided to get gouged and play anyway. The pool table malfunctioned the whole time and we gave up.

This is a large ship and was completely full on our sailing. The pool is tiny and really deep so everyone hangs on the edge. Everyone saves lounge chairs and they leave them empty for several hours at a time. The ship has a 60 minute policy but no one enforces it. Literally rows of loungers are empty of people just some worthless items on them. The other pool is only available if you reserve a time and I don’t think it’s free.

The food in the specialty restaurants is pretty good. We liked Moderno, Le Bistro and Cagney’s. The buffet was also good but the main dining rooms are very slow. The entrees were not good.

Cabin Review

We got a balcony room. The room is one of the smallest I’ve ever had on a ship. The balcony is almost nonexistent. Save your money.
