Sail Date: Jun 2022

We choose this cruise because our dad wanted to see Alaska, Juno and Glacier Bay. We sailed on this same ship in 2016 on a Mexican Rivera cruise. The ship is dated and needs updates. The itinerary is wonderful and perfect. The staff is what made this cruise a truly wonderful experience. Prior to the cruise, I had great difficulty using the website, the chat option and the customer service phone line. The hold times on the phone were two hours and I did not get a resolution to my issue. The new Medallion App is not successful. Many times the app did not do as promised. Many other cruisers on the ship agreed. The wait time for in room dinning was at times hours long. Again, the staff is what made the cruise a wonderful time. Crooner's Bar was a very fun place to hang out, have drinks and play cards or dice.

Cabin Review

The cabin was way too small to be considered a mini suite.
