Sail Date: Jul 2022
Cabin: Suite with Balcony

Like most people we have cruised with Princess many times and are Elite status which doesn’t appear to make any difference.

We were in a suite C628 which was a good size and in reasonable condition though looking very dated. The balcony had the blue plastic flooring which was loose and curling in the corners making it very dangerous and white paint flakes over the furniture and floor.

We ordered room service breakfast on the extensive suite menu the first morning and the water for the tea was tepid, the toast was cold and like cardboard and all very mediocre. We also ordered lunch which took almost an hour to arrive and also cold then requested 3 times to remove our tray from 1pm but it was still there at 7pm when we went for dinner.
