First and foremost - the crew was fantastic. They always did what they could to make the trip more enjoyable for guests.

It seemed like their hands were tied due to staff shortages. It took far too long to order a drink. For a couple of days the bar's system was down so the crew had to write the account and room numbers down by hand to charge you. Obviously this led to a plethora of incorrect charges which then had to be resolved at guest services.

The overall health of the ship seemed lacking. It was built in 1996 and it is time for it to die peacefully in a ship yard somewhere. There were leaks, things were broken, and it just looked plain old. The Solarium, which is glass and fully enclosed, would completely dump water on you from above if it rained due to a leak at the top. Lounge and outdoor chairs were old and sagged and fully broken in some cases. Bathrooms would often have one or more of the stalls out of order, leading to more lines.
