Honestly price was a big factor because we were bringing a big group (total of 7). This includes 2 teenagers who were bored to death during anytime on board. I believe this is partially due to lack of crew. Bars closed early with no activities in them, just about only thing to do was trivia in an open area where you could barely hear the announcer. Cruise director Erin was mostly nowhere to be seen, and seemed to just kind of "be there", doing very little. Food was often inedible except for at Guy's burger place. Dinners were repetitive with few options. Main performers were ok the first night, we missed one performance, final night was amazing. My son (picky when it comes to shows) said "why is that guy stuck singing on a cruise ship?". He was able to sing Freddie Mercury with gusto, tough to do. One excursion was canceled without notification, we happened to notice it not showing on their app anymore. We ended up buying one at the port, first time we've ever done that (soooo worth it). Whale watching and Glacier viewing were amazing. "Chris the naturalist" was a fun addition. It was just so boring while on ship. Our waiter Made was great as well. Shops were small and overpriced. I despise their required app that you could do absolutely nothing without. Overall the excursion and our waiter were the only things even ok.
