I choice this cruise for the itinerary. Alaska was beautiful but it was obvious that people were walking around the ship with Covid symptoms. People were coughing and not attempting to stay away from others. Staff didn’t seem to care and I didn’t see a lot of cleaning in the stairwells or elevators and other highly touched areas like I have seen in past cruises probably due to staff shortages. I was surprised that very few people were wearing masks and I would guess at least a third of the people had Covid. You couldn’t go anywhere on the ship where you didn’t hear multiple people coughing. I was also disappointed in the food. I thought the buffet was of poor quality and dining room was better but seemed to have less options than prior cruises I have taken. Our stateroom was a club balcony suite and it was nice and it seemed clean and our cabin steward did a great job. I thought the entertainment was pretty good except the comedian. This was our first cruise with Norwegian and our last.
