The reason for my low rating is because :

1. On the day we decided to go to Horseshoe bay they didn't think it necessary to tell us that the beach was CLOSED, due to the Tide and the Portuguese man of War in the water. They cancelled the excursion but didn't think it necessary to let the rest of the passengers know so I wasted $100 in cab fare going back and forth. In addition even if I wanted to stay they ran out of chairs and umbrellas.

2.The next day I went on the tender to go to Tobacco bay, when we reached St George they told us that Tobacco Bay was at capacity and taking no more visitors. COULDN'T THEY HAVE TOLD US THAT BEFORE WE GOT ON THE TENDER. We wound up going to a very ROCKY Clearwater Beach where again there were no chairs or umbrellas available. And again I wasted $100 in cab fare !!
