This was my third Emerald cruise - love the boats, food, service, etc.
This one was up to standard on the boat - problem was getting there and back home - not Emerald's fault! Delay leaving Manchester meant missing connection in Paris to Marseille. Once finally got there, my luggage wasnt. Going home was worse - got to Paris okay, but five hour wait for connection to Manchester, which was delayed another five hours.
Problems with Emerald office before hand - didnt receive my backpack etc. tried to ring office, put on hold for over an hour, then told it had been posted out that day. when still didnt arrive, called again, same story on hold for over an hour, its in post. Never did arrive - not even now I'm home. which is a shame, because I would have liked my silver level back pack.
Cabin Review
small but perfectly formed - everything you could need. Bed very comfortable and sufficiently wide for a single bed to allow turning over without falling out!

Very disappointing! the famous pont is only a demi pont (and you have to pay 7 euros to walk on it). Perhaps due to not very good guide, who only seemed to want to show us the souvenir shops, but something of a let down.
