Sail Date: Jul 2022
Cabin: Owner's Suite

Here’s my review of our cruise on Explorer. We sailed from Miami (Terminal G) from July 3-9.

Fast facts:

• We stayed in an Owner’s Suite (cabin 1292 on Deck 10).

Cabin Review

Owner's Suite

Not as big as the Owner's Suite on the Oasis-class ships and the balcony was rather small -- only the width of the living room. There was a fixed-glass window in bedroom, which was dirty and hard to see out of. But it's always nice to have the extra room of the OS. Our attendant, Kelvin, was tremendous. Consistently dropped off some snacks or munchies.

Port Reviews

Perfect Day at CocoCay

First time ever paying for the Beach Club and it was worth it. Very, very uncrowded -- maybe 40% capacity. So a very relaxing day in the water. Obviously had no trouble find good chairs with shade. The sit-down lunch with service was very civilized, although the food was pretty average. But we will definitely do this again on our planned November cruise.
