Sail Date: Jun 2022

Princess offered incredible deals during peak season month of June for its round-trip out of Seattle Inside Passage itinerary, so I decided to take my first ever cruise to Alaska on the brand-new Discovery Princess (departed 26June2022).

The Smith Cove Pier 91 Cruise Terminal is effective once you get upstairs - about 17 miles north of SEA Airport. Once on board, the ship itself is beautiful. It is the last of the Royal-class ships (preceded by Royal Princess, Regal Princess, Majestic Princess, Sky Princess, and Enchanted Princess). All of these ships have about 3600-passenger capacity; just my right size for things to do yet never feeling over-crowded; a spectacular Piazza area.

Cabin Review

Inside cabin midship on Aloha deck; excellent cabin; quiet; very comfortable mattress & bedding
