Staff and ship exceptional- not doubt. However this cruise is really not geared for people under the age of 70. We brought our teens ages 15 and 17 and they were incredibly bored. Although AMA waterways does not market to families and are very clear that cruise intended audience may be older- my husband and I - in our 50's found it overall boring as well. No effort made to engage teens at all.

The staff is fantastic. Cruise director lovely and hotel manager couldn't do a better job. Entertainment options after 8 pm terrible. Food was ok.

The rooms are beautiful and it was great to have a balcony. Top deck and pool very nice as well. I would not go again unless I went with a large group of friends our age. The excursions were hit or miss depending on the guides which is always the case. Nice to have excursions included in price.
