I've only cruised on Norwegian Cruise Line and this was my 17th cruise (Sapphire level) with NCL and the forth time on this ship and I have to say I was so very disappointed in the product, entertainment, and drink package. I understand NCL may be trying to recover from loss revenue from the pandemic but it's being passed onto the guests. The quality of food has gone way down. Cagney's used to be our favorite place to eat but the steak quality is terrible. It literally has no taste. With the Dinning package you could order as many appetizers that you wanted, but not anymore. But again I get the food cost issue. Many of their signature deserts are now off the menu. I don't think I will return to Cagney's or the Brazilian Steak house again until their food (Meat) quality improves. The french and Italian restaurants were much better except that I've never gone to an Italian Restaurant that didn't have Chianti. They just didn't have it on the wine list. La Bistro French Restaurant was excellent but you used to be able to order several orders of escargot but not anymore. Again good cost, I get it.

The only good entertainment was the dueling piano's, Million Dollar quartet, and Burn the floor. The comedians were terrible.

The massage was incredible but overly expensive. Felt nickel and dime(d) everywhere we went. On one day I felt terrible and had a killer head ache. Went to the store to get some pain relief and was told they no longer sold it because of Covid. What the heck does an aspirin have to do with Covid? I was directed to medical where we had to make a call for an appointment. $200 plus to be seen. I toughed it for the rest of that day not eating anything and staying in bed until the next morning. Speaking of the bed, I can only assume that when they changed out the mattresses at what ever time, they put cheeper ones back on the ship. Not very comfortable and I had back issues the entire time. Again, cost savings I get it.

Outstanding except for the bed. Shower was amazing.
