We ( husband and I) chose this itinerary because we've never done a Caribbean cruise, and wanted some spring sun, we chose this ship because it is new, looked really nice and we liked the itinerary. We're not massively experienced with cruising - this was our 5th cruise, the rest have been various Meditterranean itineraries. We have cruised with Princess once before.

We booked a 1 night pre cruise hotel and transfers with Princess, and were very happy with both; the accommodation in Miami Lakes Hotel was excellent and included a full American buffet breakfast which we weren't expecting.

We had downloaded, uploaded, printed and highlighted everything we could before arriving at the ship, but there was still a bit of chaos with long queues waiting to board although once we reached the front we were through and onboard quickly. The ship is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our cruise.

Cabin Review

Sun deck next to the adult Retreat pool and bar.

Very quiet room and area, we heard no noise at all.

A larger balcony than normal.
