This was our 10th cruise with this line, and the least enjoyable. Transport from LHR to Southampton was included, and troubles started there. We were informed there was not enough room on the bus, and some would need to wait for an hour or more, after the first bus departed, for the next trip. Turns out there were many vacant seats on the bus. The ship was, we were told, about 75% occupied. Service was uneven. The Terrace Cafe was close to chaos during the evening meal, at the grill. The staff in this area seemed to be in a training stage, and not always cheerful. Food standards seemed to have dropped, and in one meal included a hair. The cabin was clean and the stewards were very efficient and friendly. We were in a PH suite, which included a butler. The butler was rarely seen, The mini fridge was only refilled when we requested it be restocked. Tender operations seemed slow, with perhaps insufficient tenders in operation to meet needs. We missed a few ports due to poor weather, that's something out of the control of the line, so no fault there. Cruise Director was Dottie. We found the daily broadcast was more about selling spa and other services than highlighting days activities or introducing different members of the staff.
Cabins below the PH class are smaller, with very small bathrooms. In this class they are slightly larger and a touch more comfortable.
