We had not been to Bermuda in years, so this was appealing to us. After being Diamond + on RC, we have started to lean to Celebrity after sailing The Edge. We are casino members and our casino host was delighted to book us into the Aqua Class. Although we were excited, we quickly became disappointed. Aqua class may be the top of the cake, but certainly not on the Summit. Rooms were small and the bathroom can only accomodate one person. There are NO Persian Gardens on this ship. Menus at Blu, were weird, with meals like: pumpkin gnocchi & branzino fish. The first night we sent back the fish & the 2nd night my hubby sent back his steak twice. The balance of our meals were eaten in he MDR. Service in Aqua class was great but food was below average. "Extended Room Service" was serviced 2 days, late and stone cold. Don't bother.. We get a deal via our Casino host but i feel badly for those who pay additional.......maybe on other ships....but certainly not on the Summit, who is old and tired.
Older ship, very small cabins. My Aqua class on the 11th floor was directly under the basketball court....seriously???? Being an older ship, the bathrooms only have enough space for one person....showers are very tight.
