The best thing that Carnival/Princess can do with the Caribbean Princess is sink it.
Embarkation: What a colossal FUBAR experience. Huge lines being forced to wait for nearly an hour outside in Florida heat and humidity, before moving inside for another 45 minute wait. Having to re-submit the same documents we were required to previously submit, that Princess ignored.
MedallionApp: They should fire whoever created this app. Didn't work. Crashed. Wouldn't pull up stuff. Supposedly would show where people were, but showed them in different locations at that point in time.
