Have cruised for many years . Seeing huge decline in service value and quality...NCL rewards program for one my wife and I cruise together so we both should have the same points and level..well we don't and they don't want to correct it..Also a couple of the bookings should have had double point from promotion.. well the did not apply them..so we should be at platinum level but are not because of missing points. Customer service is a joke they just send canned message and don't help
The cruise was OK the food sucked the balcony was extremely small for amount paid (we 99% of time choose balcony rooms)..The location was a forward room and you clearly see the cruise line chose to remove a bank of elevators so they can add more rooms. This adds a long walk for guests...poor design..steward and other staff very nice. .poor pool area..very small pool and only lounge chairs
