I have been on many cruises, however outstanding service on the pacific explorer - from food service, entertainment and housekeeping the explorer was great!

A big thanks to Thomas Naulana who did a brilliant job in housekeeping - second to none. I would walk in the room after a clean and was extremely satisfied with this. Not only did he do a great job with this he also helped me with any questions I had in terms of navigating around the ship.

A big thanks to also Joel Santos for providing us great service in the kitchen with my requests. He was more then happy to help with my individual requests (I have some food intolerances). I will be back on this ship due to this outstanding service - infact I have already booked for end of July. I cannot wait to get back on this ship - so glad the cruising industry is back. Read more
