Dirty washcloth replaced with another dirty washcloth (left side) by the steward. He put a dirty cloth on top of a clean towel!
One of 2 glasses sent to us from Alchemy (room service) arrived with LIP PRINTS (I swear, the glasses arrived with SOME ONE ELSE'S lip prints...in the wake of COVID!
Lampshades tattered and torn, stained

First of all the ship was very outdated. There were rust stains on the ceiling, lamp shades were tattered and torn (I have pictures), carpets faded, etc. I understand the ship is old but definitely needs to be refurbished. There seemed to be no real protocol when it comes to Covid. Not enough opportunities for handwashing, especially in close proximity to food. People were just allowed to touch handles of serving spoons instead of crew members serving guests and limiting opportunities for germs to spread. Hand sanitizing stations were few and far between. The crew was amazing for the mist part. The cruise director (Cam) DID NOT do a great job cultivating "fun" on the Fun Ship. There were limited options for anything worth watching on TV. After ordering drinks for room service from Alchemy, the drinks arrived with LIP PRINTS on the rim of both glasses (I have pictures) which means glasses are not being thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use...in the wake of COVID (Unbelievable)! We were credited for the drinks and while we appreciated the credit, we did not appreciate this caliber of carelessness and disdain, especially during this time of COVID! We had to send all of our Brunch food back. After waiting almost an hour for our food, it was delivered to our table cold, omelets burned. Ron, however, made sure all the food was recooked and he delivered the food personally. Mr. G had done a good job with our room until he replaced our dirty washcloth with ANOTHER dirty washcloth (I have pictures). The food was underwhelming both in the dining room and the Unicorn, however, Oshaine and Emmanuel did an amazing job each night in the dining room. The coffee was absolutely horrible which made me have to purchase coffee everyday from the Coffee Bar. Finally, the most expensive internet package, which is slated to have the fastest speed, DID NOT WORK! I have been on more up-to-date ships that were much better overall. The Legend was very disappointing and left much to be desired. I enjoyed embarking at the Baltimore Port as it was convenient and allowed for a smooth transition, however, I will not sail the Legend again. Please work on all of these issues if you want to keep cruisers coming back.
