My wife and I traveled for the first time on Princess to Alaska. We were on the Majestic and traveled 14 days from Vancouver BC and return. Overall I would give the cruise an 8.
The most positive portions were the following:
Guest Services- very helpful and always had a smile. They treated each guest with respect and showed patience at all times. Katryna in particular was awesome to work with, she went out of her way to ensure the right accommodations and adjusted our room for us. We were treated well.
