I have done many cruises and this was the worst. The food on the Radiance of the Seas was horrible. No good seafood even though cruising in Alaska. The lack of good entertainment was sad. Normally the entertainment during the evenings is great but not this time. Very little to do in the evenings since the lack of entertainment. Sad their is now a fee for room service. Not sure when this happened but sad considering the cost of the cruise. The balcony rooms are tiny compared to their other ships. The service was lacking in some areas of the ship. Very little communication between from captain regarding upcoming events. In past cruises captain would always come on announcing sightings of wildlife.

My family was looking forward to this cruise for 8 months and very sad is was our worst cruise ever. It was a big disappointment for my granddaughter's first cruise.
