The lack of good service on this cruise was ridiculous! Workers pushing carts would plow you down if you didn’t get out of the way! Who ever shouted the loudest got served next at bars because there was no orderly que. The much-marketed Guy Fieri BBQ restaurant was closed most of the days of our cruise. The food in the buffet was horrible…it was over cooked or undercooked, meat or chicken was dry.

There was little to no Gluten Free options and staff was not educated about GF. Items were labeled “Gluten Free” but they were obviously contaminated because my wife suffered for two weeks after the cruise. (My wife has celiac disease).

The expensive alcoholic drinks had little to no alcohol…a real ripoff.
