I have been cruising with Marella/TUI since the Celebration days and have been to Cuba/Barbados/Europe so have a reasonable expectation what to expect and genuinely normally enjoy cursing with them.

The overall experience was Poor to reasonable; they seem to have less staff and the ship had the feeling of a ferry (Sorry Marella), the lack of attention to detail was shocking the bar service around the pool was almost non-existent, the other bars made cocktails with squash as opposed to juice not funny when you pay for a premium drinks package.

On the plus side the entertainment team where fantastic and delivered constant high quality shows and kept us entertained during the day with lots of activities, the restaurants delivered the usual high quality output and the paid for food (Kora La Surf and Turf) was amazing.
