Second time on this ship. A lot of nice improvements. People at Port were not very helpful and lack customer service skills. Norwegian staff always helpful. Unfortunately seattle port staff make start of cruise bad.

Norwegian always provide good value and friendly service.

Looking forward to rest of the trip experiencing the same quality of service as other Norwegian cruises. Read more
