We loved our first Virgin Voyage cruise. The Valiant Lady was beautiful, our RockStar Suite was so beautifully thought out, lots of storage, amazing bathroom, LOVED the hammock & balcony space, comfortable bed (fit my 6'4" husband comfortably) and spacious, the Crew was exceptional and so friendly and always there to make your day! Food options were great and smooth sailing. The only issues we had was there were some communications that were lacking prior to arriving onboard (we did not receive our pre-cruise information pack with cruise bands) and some information (costs for shuttles and some only took cash, daily information on onboard/port information was only available if you picked up a printout at Sailor Services - would have been nice to have this printout delivered to our cabins the night prior and/or on the TV Virgin Voyages channel) to ports, that would have been helpful in adding to our love of this cruise & cruise line. Overall - it is an amazing cruise line and we will voyage again with Virgin Voyages!
