Love this part of the world so booked this pre pandemic.

Disabled cabin deck 11. Large, light and spacious. Quiet , clean spacious area of ship. Ancient small tv [not seen fot 20 years]. Couldn't see or hear from bed. Sat on edge of bed and i in chair next to it. Hard of hearing and still couldn't read any wording that appeared due to lack of clarity - and this in a disabled cabin! Very dissappointed because tv is our relaxation,. 5 large screen tvs in public bar areas shoing 24/7 football. Profit?

Narrow corridor from restaurant so difficult to navigate in wheelchair dur to theatre ques i hour before performances. Somethig to do with reservations but not specific seat??? We choose 10.30pm performances as a result. Not our usual choice. Huge ramp to negotiate so not good if your wheelchair is manual. Been on this ship before. It has been refurbished to create more cabins in area that would have been another theatre deck. Bums on seats etc profit over customer satisfaction . Read other cutbacks mentioned by others .
