It was my birthday on June 15th and it was a cuise that I wanted to do. We were schedule to board at 1pm. so we got to the pier at 12.30 pm. and we finnaly got on board at 3.30 pm just as the Windjammer was closing. This was our 19th cruise with RCL and the food on board was by far the worse we have ever had. The service was slow, but we soon found tout that they were short staffed. The hot tub in the Solarium was at 90 degres with no jets working. They also let kids run around in the Solarium. The entertainment was repetitive with the same entertainers. The ports excursions were either very expensive or not available. This ship is in need of a major refurbish.
