We booked this particular cruise due to its itinerary and our previous satisfaction with our Norwegian cruise around Hawaii. Below are our comments.
Room: Our balcony room was comfortable and our cabin person Sanjip was perhaps the best we have ever had. The room lacked USB ports and our cabin speaker was broken so we had to open the door to hear announcements.
Food: Although the food in the dining room was beautifully plated the meat entrees lacked in both flavor and seasoning. The salads were small and all seemed to come with vinaigrette as the dressing choice. Only one time on the cruise did we have a truly amazing dessert. By the end of the cruise, we found eating at the buffet to be preferable which is totally 180 from the way we have eaten on five other cruises. The buffet had abundant produce, fixings, and dressings for salads. The steaks at the buffet were so tough you could not cut them with a knife. Virginia waited on us at multiple locations on board and she was great.
Our room was fine and the balcony was a great touch for this cruise
