Excitedly boarded Celebrity Equinox today. We booked Concierge level room with the Indulge upgrade package. We have been sailing ?rc the last three cruises this past year, but the last two had numerous issues.

First issue was our room key did not state that we had the “Indulge” drink package. So, when we went to order drinks, the server couldn’t take our order without charging our room. We also had a room key problem on our last cruise a few weeks ago with RC - they had placed the wrong Seapass card in our room. We then had to stand in line at the Guess Relations desk for over thirty minutes to get new SeaPass cards again. 2 cruises in a row!!!
