This is our 5th cruise with Princess. We’ve always had great experiences until this one. I’m not sure we’ll sail with Princess again.

We took this cruise with some family members. That’s the only thing that saved it.

As with almost all of the previous reviews we had ports canceled and late arrivals. The buffet closed earlier and offered less. The food was often cold. The crew members and officers were excellent! They were as frustrated as the rest of us. The entertainment was good. Especially 2Cool Duo. They were excellent! A lot of the movies they showed were rated R. Glacier Bay was beautiful and Skagway was fun. The train ride was amazing. What we were able to see in Juneau was nice. Because of engine and generator problems we didn’t really get to experience Alaska. Read more
