My mother and father in law took us on this dream Family vacay (16 of us). It was such a disappointing trip. The crew was nice but the ship was old and broken resulting in cancelled ports and excursions. Our time in ports was mostly at night for limited hours. We didn’t see any of Alaska. Excursions were cancelled and we seemed stuck at sea with no fun activities to fill our time. The food was very disappointing and not up to othe cruises we’ve been on. We had to spent so much time at the front desk due to inappropriate charges constantly being added to our bills. Watch your statements! When trying to relax at the spa all they did was try to upsell you. Not relaxing. I received a service that I was so disappointed in and go no resolution from the staff. This cruise was such a huge disappointment. Would never recommend princess cruises to anyone
