We knew from reading reviews that Viking is a top notch company. All staff were very professional and made you feel welcome with every encounter. The food was exceptional at every meal, with plenty of choices no matter what you were hungry for. The ship is very clean and well appointed in all areas. The coffee and snack bar was a wonderful answer for those of us that like coffee first thing in the morning.

We flew days earlier on our own, so we needed to find the ship ourselves. We could not locate it, our taxi driver could not find it with the information we were given. I tried calling the ship directly but it would not go through. We were panicking and also did not know the ship wasn’t leaving till 11pm! Viking should arrange for a meeting place, or pick people up at their hotel, it was a nightmare and very stressful.
