We were surprised not be offered a glass of bubbly on boarding and this seemed to set the theme for the rest of the cruise. I have cruised many, many times with Celebrity. This one was so different.

The food in the main restaurant was disappointing at best, in fact it was poor. The quality, the choices, the temperature. Everything was just poor. Does anyone check the standards in the restaurants?

The majority of staff were good. The martini bar was anything but good, the staff were slapdash. The cocktails were badly mixed and more than once our order was wrong when it finally arrived at our table. Nothing was up to the old Celebrity standard. Read more
