Loved this cruise, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the boat was spacious and well maintained. The cabins were to a high standard and looked after and cleaned every day, with plenty of bottled water provided. We enjoyed all the trips, which were included in the price of our holiday and the guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The Nile is an interesting river to cruise and with the various evening talks we were kept informed about what we would be the following day and points of interest along the river. We did pay extra for a sunrise balloon ride over the Valley of the Kings which was incredible and worth every penny. A not to be missed experience. All our trips were well organised and interesting. The Viking Daily came to our cabin every evening with information about the next day’s activities The food on Viking Ra was varied and there was a several different options to choose from. People food allergies were catered for. The holiday was a wonderful experience and created many memories. Would definitely recommend this cruise.
