The cruise itinerary suited my partner and I as this was our first cruise since the Covid pandemic. We wanted to experience life back on board to see if things hadn't changed to such a point that it would take the pleasure out of cruising. Although the travelling on board the ship from Brisbane to Airlie Beach and return gave us wonderful memories of past cruises the actual cruise ship itself was disappointing in both some guest services and some of the staff's lack of good communications with us. Maybe Princess Cruises should consider retiring this particular ship as the cabin prices are on the steep side for its condition and lack of adult only areas. Not all of us want to have to pay an extra charge to be able to escape to quiet part of the ship. The Up selling of 'extras' does tend to put me off.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite without Balcony

Cabin looking tired needs a total refresh of pictures, sofa bed, armchairs and bed mattress. No hot/cold indications on shower/bath taps and hand basin tap.
