Everything about this cruise was delightful! Needless to say, the food and the service was excellent, (special thanks to the Chef, Beatrice, Fred, Andrea, and Candy) and the all the Viking staff were so friendly and helpful. I love the educational aspects of our journey, and we thought Irina in Prague was the most knowledgable tour guide we have ever had the pleasure of following. The chance to see Roman structures from 179 A.D. in their northernmost outpost was awesome, as well as seeing Charlemagne's sword. We also loved the 500 year old "Sausage Kitchen" and the story about the contest between the bridgebuilder and the cathedral builder. The weather was pleasant for the most part, and the only rainy day we had we were at the Gottweig Abbey enjoying their famous apricot nectar, wines, brandies, and jams.

I cannot say enough great things about what we saw, heard, and experienced from the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, and Hungary. We may need to go again!!
