We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. We chose a balcony cabin which was perfect. Our designated cabin however was at the very rear of the ship and the noise from the engine room intolerable. However d the ship was not full ad we were able to move after two nights the new cabin was great. The daily programme of activities was very extensive and would suit most peoples requirements. There was a very good choice of food, through the day you could have breakfast in the restaurant, or later in the lounge. For lunch there was a better choice in the restaurant but we preferred the relaxed atmosphere of the lounge. When dining in the restaurant on an evening there was a good choice if you wanted to sit on a large table, or preferred a one for two. On a final note, I have to say the staff were very professional and extremely friendly they definately made the cruise enjoyable. We look forward to cruising again with Emerald Waterways
